12 Steps To Shift Your Paradigm To Build A Strong Subconscious Mind

paradigm shift

You desire change in your life, and it feels like you are putting a lot of effort into learning and challenging yourself, but you don’t see the results. Your paradigm might be the reason for your struggles; you need to learn how to break through the limiting beliefs you have in your subconscious mind.

Once you understand and being to change your paradigm, the result will flood in. Changing your paradigm will take time and effort because you have contributed years of thinking in a particular way. These habits have possibly harmed success being attracted into your life.

It’s time to understand and look deep into our lives and ask ourself the question of why haven’t I succeed yet? You need to take an honest look at the result you have been getting over the past year or longer. Are you living the way you want to live?

My guess is you don’t feel like you are living the abundant life you have imagining achieving. The important thing is you recognise this fact, and you are willing to learn and make the appropriate adjustments to your life.

Your subconscious mind holds the power to change in your life, but we program it in a way that it damages our potential and results. If you are serious about development, you need to learn how to reprogram the subconscious mind.

What is a paradigm?

A paradigm is a mental program that is responsible and controls our habitual behaviours, and almost all of our behaviours are habitual.

Habits are essential because they dramatically shorten the length of time it takes our minds to perform tasks. Without habits, our brains would require huge amounts of energy to complete tasks.

When you wake up in the morning, you will have a morning routine that is performed every day. The habit has been programmed into your subconscious mind, and you systematically complete all the tasks unconsciously.

You have been using the same routines every day, and it will start from the moment you wake up. Our spouse, friends, families and work colleagues will all perform the same routines. It’s built into our subconscious mind, and unfortunately, nearly every person has no idea they are doing it.

Review your week

To understand the power of paradigms, I want you to review the last working week you completed. Write down, in a timeline, all the things you did in that week. When you review the schedule, you will discover nearly 90% of the items are repeated daily. That is the power of habit.

How to does your paradigm work?

You now understand what a paradigm is, but now I want to explain how your paradigm works.

A paradigm, first of all, controls your perception and its the perception that is conceived in our minds. We all perceive things in different ways, but your paradigm controls your perception. For example, you may perceive money is the route of all evil, but someone else might say money is the road to happiness. We have different perceptions of the world. There isn’t always a right or wrong, but you might find your perception is holding you back.

We all get the same 24 hours each day, but it’s how we use the time we are given that matters. Some individuals will accomplish more in one week than what others will in a year. There are people right now that are earning more money than you in a day than you will make in a year. The question you need to ask yourself is, how are you using your time?

Everything made by humans or still to be produced are created in a person’s mind. I hear people saying they are not creative, but everyone is creative, we need to understand how to develop that part of our minds. Creativity is a skill you need to learn and practices if you want to see success in your life. You can never make a significant change in your life without first understand and developing your creative mind.

Our paradigm controls our effectiveness because it is a program in the subconscious mind that controls the vibrations and therefore controls what we do. The result of our paradigm controlling our subconscious mind means the majority of the things attracted into our lives comes from the effectiveness of the paradigm. The outside world we have is simply a reflection of whatever is happing within.

Those individuals who are succeeding in multiple areas of their lives are highly productive and achieve significantly more than others. Your productivity will skyrocket when your paradigm shifts and you have a focused and clear goals to work towards. It is hard to be productive when we are not working towards a purpose, and the default mode of most is to continue producing the same outcomes.

You will shift your paradigm when you can break through logic and produce finally produced results that seemed impossible. Transform your thoughts within the subconscious mind and reprogram it to smash through the ceiling that is holding you back. The Wright Brothers broke through logic in the 1900s when they decide they would create a machine that would fly in the air. People assumed these brothers were mad, but after numerous failed attempts, they achieved there goal.

12 actions to shift your paradigm

1. Make a decision to change

It might sound like an obvious place to start, but until you emotionally and positively decide to change nothing will happen in your life. Don’t tell other people about your plans or reason for changing because they will hold you back. It’s sometimes hard to believe, but those around us, even close friends and family. Unconsciously they don’t want you to succeed because they feel you will leave them behind.

James Cook said, “Do just once what others say you can’t do, and you will never pay attention to their limitations again”.

2. Take action every day

You want to create the life you have dreamed of and you product numerous ideas, but if you never take action, you will never transform. Action is the element in the success principles that the majority of people never take because of fear. The good news for you is once you are willing to take action on all your ideas and opportunities, you will become successful because there is little competition.

3. Eliminate negativity and replace it with positivity

If you surround yourself with negativity, your subconscious mind will program itself into a negative being. Negativity might be the predominate thoughts in your mind or environment because of the people you spend your time amongst. You can never eliminate negativity from others, but you can control the amount you absorb.

Replace the negative thoughts with positive energy by affirmations, positive stories and gratitude. You can use the final hour and the first hour of your day to impress the subconscious mind with positive thoughts. Repeat daily until your paradigm shifts from negative to positive.

4. Defeat fear, worry and anxiety

To reach the ultimate success in your life, when fear, worry and anxiety appear acknowledge and defeat it immediately. When you create an idea and begin to take action, you will experience fear, worry and anxiety, which will stop you from achievement. These three elements will take you right back to the start and prevent you from reaching your goals. Every time it appears, you will circle back to the beginning over and over again.

You need to burst through the fear, worry and anxiety before you can develop yourself. Knowledge and understanding are the only way you can accomplish this successfully.

Check out fear and how to eliminate it here.

5. Get out of your comfort zone

You probably aren’t reading this post if you are already completely satisfied with your results, so you want to do the complete opposite of what you are doing now. The comfort zone is the default paradigm deep inside the subconscious mind that has you repeatedly performing identical things daily without success.

It’s time to get out your comfort zone and challenge yourself because once the subconscious mind begins to feel progress, it will push you towards your goals. However, you might initially discover resistance, but if you are serious about transforming, you will destroy the blockage and begin to evolve rapidly.

6. Explore your imagination

Everything you need to become successful is already inside your mind. For success to be delivered, you need to discover it by using your imagination. We become what we think about, and if you imagine yourself being successful, it will become a reality. Just like the Wright brothers imagined building a machine flying, you can imagine and achieve what’s held in your mind.

The subconscious mind the most powerful object in the universe and you have access to the energy it holds. All you need to do is learn how to unlock and harness the power of the subconscious mind.

7. Use emotion to impress the subconscious mind

The subconscious mind doesn’t have the ability to think or communicate directly to your conscious mind. To influence the subconscious mind, you are required to have a strong emotional connect with the things you desire the most.

If you can combine emotion, desire and imagination and hold the ideas in your mind, it will impress the subconscious mind dramatically. Research shows this is the quickest way to reprogram your subconscious mind, and once you master the skill, you will build upon your success.

8. Keep upgrading your paradigm

Once you begin to change your paradigm and your results appear, you need to build upon that momentum and keep upgrading. The paradigms you create are endless and should be congruent with your desires and goals throughout your life. Don’t stop at one goal keep them going and never stop. Money and success might be your goal for today, but you don’t know what tomorrow goals are.

9. Never ask for advice unless it’s from someone that’s achieved the thing you desire

The only advice you should be seeking is from an individual that have achieved success or similar success are you desire. People that have not achieved success will not provide you with the help you need to continue moving towards self-improvement. You wouldn’t ask your local fishmonger how to fly a plane because you know they don’t know anything about it.

10. Act like the person you want to become

Living every day as if you have already achieved your goals and your subconscious mind will begin to increase the belief system. If you’re going to become successful, you can read books or watch videos which will provide you knowledge of how the most successful live.

If they have done it, you can aswell. You can manic their lives as best you can with the resources you have. I don’t expect you will be driving around in a sports car, but you could create a successful morning routine to kick start your day.

11. Set and review goals

If you don’t set or review goals, you won’t know where you currently are or where you are going. It’s like a plane leaving the airport for a destination. The pilot will always program the route into the auto-pilot. Without the planned route it would never get to its destination. Goals are identical you need to write goals daily and review them each night. Goals are an extremely powerful resource you need to include into shifting your paradigm.

12. Repetition is the final and most important step

I have purposely put repetition last because it’s the one you need to remember the most. It doesn’t matter if you complete all the other 11 steps because, without repetition, it will never change your paradigm.

If you wanted to learn how to play the piano, you wouldn’t take one lesson and then decide you can play professionally. You would repeat and learn new notes and songs until you can play like the expert you desired. Once you become skilled, you would play the piano for the rest of your life.

A paradigm shift requires repetition for weeks, month or years to develop the kind of paradigm you demand to become successful. Some will shift their paradigm in days, but the majority of us, myself included, it will take months.

Have faith and don’t give up and return to your old paradigm because once you finally change the opportunities, you will have are endless. The most successful people in the world all had to use break through the ceiling of the minds before they changed. If it has been done before you can, without any doubt in my mind, it can be done again.

Paradigm shifts

A paradigm is a mental program that is responsible and controls our habitual behaviours, and almost all of our behaviours are habitual. If you can understand and learn how to change your behaviours impressed on your subconscious mind, you can change your paradigm. Defeat fear, worry and anxiety and replace with happiness, knowledge and understanding through repetition of successful habits over a period of time.
