Before you go to sleep, use self-suggestion to direct your subconscious mind towards your new achievement. Self-suggestion advises you to create the statement that best suits your desires. We all desire different things in life, and it necessary your statement includes individual goals. 

Self-suggestion is a script from yourself to yourself and its incredible at reprogramming your subconscious. Scripting all your desires, thanks, and intention before sleep influences your subconscious mind directly. Utilise self-suggestion when something is blocking your advancement or when you want to embed a new positive habit. Repeat your suggestion until you feel it’s deeply ingrained into your brain.

2. Write A Statement For Success And Abundance

Your statement, once written, must be read before you go to sleep at night and again when you wake up. Read your statement until it’s impressed into your memory then continue thinking about your statement until it becomes a reality.

I am waiting for a plan by which to accumulate this money, and I will follow that plan when it is received. 

3. Utilise Positive Affirmation While Your Sleep

Repeated affirmations either written or listen to can impress your subconscious mind quicker than any other method described. When using affirmations, always design the statement like you already have the goal in your possession. Avoid I want, or I need  instead use I have, or I am. Your subconscious mind doesn’t understand the difference between what’s real and what isn’t. 

By using words that state you have the item in your possessions, your subconscious mind believes you possess it and raises your vibrational frequency. When your vibrational frequency increases, you begin to attract the thing you desire into your life. A repeated affirmation every night stating “I am a millionaire” increase your vibrational frequency, and the money is attracted to you like a magnet. Your job is to look out for the opportunity and take action upon them. 

Record your affirmation: Your subconscious mind responds better to your own voice, meaning you can influence the mind faster. Record your statement, create a loop where it plays continuously and add some background delta frequencies. Listen to your recording while you sleep, and you will witness incredible results. 

4. Switch Off Your Electrical Devices 90 Minutes Before Bed

Switch off all of your electrical devices, your mobile phone, laptop, tablet and computers much be off at least 90 minutes before bed. My favourite method to slow the mind is through the mastery of meditation. Meditation empowers you to connect with your whole body and mind, which provides strength, energy and releases stress and anxiety. The art of meditation isn’t to stop thoughts but to acknowledge and understand your thinking. The most significant shift you can make in your life is to use and control the power of thinking. 

Meditation is a gateway to the subconscious mind and help to active and open for later suggestion. When your connection to the subconscious mind is powerful, the reprogramming method is more accessible. Use meditation to target weakness within your mind, thoughts and limiting beliefs and see a significant transformation in your results, mood, happiness and energy.

6. Listen To Calming Music Without Lyrics

Sounds of nature calm the mind and provide you with the same benefits to meditation. Meditation is a skill that needs to be mastered, and you may feel overwhelmed by the process. Using music to settle the mind is a superb alternative to meditation. You can use any style of music to calm your mind, and you can find thousands of playlists online. 

Music without lyrics helps to settle the mind because it stops it from thinking and reacting to the song. Some emotions are shaped by words, and it can impact your subconscious mind before sleep. Classical music such as baroque vibrates in a frequency that decreases your mind activity and relaxes you. Find music that creates balance and harmony within your subconscious mind, and enjoy the time to think and ponder.

7. Slow Your Subconscious Mind With Binaural Beats

Using specific brainwaves frequencies will slow down the thoughts waves in your mind. There are several brainwave frequencies, and you can utilise these during your relaxation time.

10. Exercise Auto-Suggestion To Trigger Change

Auto-suggestion is the method of creating triggers to impress your subconscious mind that you don’t consciously recognise. There are several ways to use auto-suggestion, and you can place the suggestions of your goals, hopes and desire in familiar locations. The more your subconscious mind sees the idea, the deeper the details are impressed into your mind.

11. End The Day With Gratitude And Thanks

To attract more good into your life, you need to be thankful for everything you currently have. Growth is a deep desire in all of us, and you always want to strive towards success but never neglect what you already have. Gratitude is an incredible way to boost your vibration frequency. Demand to appreciate good and you begin to attract good because like attracts like. 

You can’t presume to attract good into your life if your vibration at a low frequency because you’re in a negative state of mind. Improve your thinking and increase your frequency and witness success attract into your life. Continue in a negative state of vibration, and you will never transform your life for you or the people closest to you.
