12 Most Important Universal Laws of The Universe (2027)

There are specific laws that govern the entire universe and its civilisations. These laws are immutable and permanently apply regardless of the person, and no one can avoid them. They can operate in your favour, but they can always work against you. They operate irrespective of our feelings or beliefs about them. Some people call these universal laws “natural laws” or the “laws of nature.” Others refer to them as the “laws of God.” or “spiritual laws”. Whatever you call them, these laws exist and influence us all. We will dive deep into the spiritual laws of the universe, how they work and how you can benefit from improving your inner world and outer world.

1. Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is the name given to the belief that we can attract whatever we want into our lives by focusing on positive or negative thoughts. According to this law, thoughts are energy radiating out into the universe, where they attract similar energy back. The law of attraction is based on the idea and theory that like attracts like. What we focus on expands grows and appears. So, when we concentrate on positive thoughts, we attract more positive value into our lives. If we focus on a specific goal like money, we begin to develop ideas, opportunities, thoughts and people to attract physical money into existence. If you want to experience the law of attraction in your own life, here’s how to do it:
  1. Choose what you want to attract. It’s essential to be clear about what you want. If you’re not sure, take some time to meditate on it and get clear.
  2. Raise your vibration. To attract what you want into your life, you need to match your frequency with it. You can do this by focusing on positive thoughts and emotions.
  3. Get in alignment with what you want. When you align with what you want, it’s much easier for it to come into your life. You can get in alignment by taking action steps towards your goals, meditating, and Visualising what you want to manifest.
  4. Take inspired action. Once you’re in alignment with what you want, it’s important to take inspired action steps towards it. This will help to move you closer to your goals and bring what you want into your life.

2. Law of Vibration

The law of vibration declares that everything in the universe moves, vibrates, and travels in circular patterns. The same principles of vibration in the physical world apply to our thoughts, feelings, desires and wishes in the etheric world. Each sound, word, object and thought has its own vibrational frequency unique to itself.  The law of vibration can be seen when a radio operates by sending out frequency waves, and we tune our device to that frequency to pick up the music. Similarly, we transmit these vibrations and people around us tune into our frequencies. That is how we attract specific people into our lives. There are no boundaries to what vibrates, and everything is in constant motion. For instance, if you want to attract $10,000 you must get on the vibrational frequency of that money. You need to think about money, visualise money, be grateful for the money and believe you can have the money. All this raises your vibration energy and your being to attract money. Kirlian photography was designed in 1939 by Semyon Kirlian and is a camera that captures the vibration everything in the universe produces. These images demonstrate all things created and living will generate vibrations. Everything begins with vibration, and it’s the most powerful law of the universe for attracting your desires.

Higher Vibrations

To attract your desires, you must increase your vibrational energy to match the frequency of what you want. You can do this by filling your mind with high vibrational thoughts such as love, happiness, abundance, and gratitude. The more you think these thoughts, the easier it is to raise your vibration because like attracts like. If you allow fear, negativity, doubts, and stress to enter your thoughts, it will produce low vibrations, and you will repeal your desires. Some of my favourite ways to increase high vibrations are;
  1. Increase Your Laughter By Watching Funny Movies
  2. Walk-in Nature To Absorb The Energy
  3. Change Your Environment To Receive New Vibrations
  4. Get More Sunlight First Thing In The Morning
  5. Listen To High Mood Music With A Positive Beat
  6. Do Something Fun and Exciting Once A Week

3. Law of Polarity

The law of polarity states that everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. There can not be hot without cold, there is no up without down, and there can not be extreme negative without extreme positive.  If we are negative, we can always switch our vibration to attract positive energy by focusing on the positive. This occurs instantaneously without delay once you make the decision to switch your thinking. What we focus on expands in our reality. Some examples of the law of polarity;
  • hot and cold
  • love and hate
  • positive and negative
  • North and south
  • Up and down
  • left and right
  • male and female
  • Abundance and poverty
The law of polarity reveals itself every day when you want to make a profound change in your life. I like to imagine it like a roller coaster ride. One day you are heading up, the next dropping down fast. The roller coaster ride might last days or weeks, but depending on your goal, it could be years. Rest assured, if you are having a bad day, there is always a good day ahead. The law of polarity is constantly at work in our lives, and it is imperative to concentrate on the positive even when you feel down and have a low mood.

4. Law of Cause & Effect

The law of cause and effect says nothing happens by chance or outside the universal laws. The law of cause and effect is a universal law that states that every action produces a reaction or consequence. If you are doing something good, you will see good results, but it might not appear instantly.  The law of cause and effect is often referred to as the law of karma in Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism. This law is also mentioned in the Bible in the book of Galatians 6:7, which says, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” This law is also one of the main principles behind the law of attraction. The law of attraction states that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. If you do good for people without expecting something in return, you will receive good back. For example, if you give money to charity, you will attract compensation for your generosity. Every single effect within our world, upon our earth, has a cause, an original starting point.
  • Thinking successful thoughts
  • Speaking as you are already successful
  • Feeling like a success
  • Taking successful actions
The end result can only be a success because we reap what we have sown. Everything happens for a reason, and if we don’t know what the cause is, we can retrace the steps and find the original action. If you want to be successful and someone else has found success in a particular field. All you need to do is follow that same path, and you will find success.

5. Law of Compensation

The law of compensation indicates you will receive equal returns for your efforts and contributions. The greater the need for your service, your ability to deliver that service and the difficulty in replacing you suggest you’re compensated more. The law of compensation is a restatement of the Law of Sowing and Reaping.  The visible effects of our dees are giving to us in gifts, money, inheritance, friendships and blessings. The good we do usually comes back to use in different forms catching the same energy. If you want to increase your compensation, you first need to raise the value of your contribution, do more of what you have been asked, and you will be compensated abundantly. I like to describe this law as giving to receive. Before we can receive, we must give everything we can to help and make others better without the expectation of gaining in return. The universe will eternally offer you something in return for your actions, but we should never expect it. Read this article to discover why you reap what you sow with the law of compensation.

6. Law of Correspondence

The law of correspondence states the principles of the law of physics that explain the world through energy, light, vibration and motion. What happens on the inside will reflect on the outside. If you’re hectic and stressful, your world will reflect this. The outside world will mirror your internal thoughts and feelings. The law of correspondence also applies to our beliefs. We will attract negative experiences into our lives if we have negative views and opinions. If we have positive thoughts, then we will attract positive experiences into our lives. Recognising that everything is made up of energy and that energy vibrates at different frequencies is vital. Our thoughts are also made up of energy and vibrate at a specific frequency. The law of correspondence reports that like energy attracts like energy. So if we want to attract positive experiences into our lives, we need to ensure that our thoughts are vibrating at a high frequency. There are many ways to raise the frequency of our thoughts. One way is to meditate and focus on positive affirmations. Another way is to surround ourselves with positive people, places and things. When doing this, we raise our vibration and attract more positive experiences into our lives.

As Above, So Below

To understand this law, when we die, if we are transferred over to a spiritual universe, the same 14 laws of our universe would apply. Meaning wherever you are in the universe, the same laws will always apply regardless if it is a physical or spiritual realm.

As Within, As Without

On a personal level, what is within you will be reflected in you. So, to change your outside world, you must first change what is inside yourself. To become successful and abundant, you need to gain knowledge and understanding toward success. Once you create success within, it will be reflected on the outside.

7. Law of Divine Oneness

The law of divine oneness interconnects the whole of humanity and nature through collective consciousness. Meaning we are all attached to one infinite energy source. When we give happiness to others, we receive equal kindness in return. This law keeps balance and stability in the universe. Looking out of the window, everything you see is connected through vibrational energy. Regardless of the item, it vibrates and, depending on the object’s destiny, will determine the vibrational energy. Energy can be broken down into either;
  • Thermal energy
  • Radiant energy
  • Chemical energy
  • Nuclear energy
  • Electrical energy
  • Motion energy
  • Sound energy
  • Elastic energy
  • Gravitational energy
The law of divine oneness helps us understand that we live in a world where everything is connected. All is energy, and all energy is an extension of source energy. Everything we do, say, think and believe affects others and the universe around us. We are microcosms of the macrocosm, and we are part of the same source. If you decide to act in a positive and happy mood, you will transfer that energy into the universe. The happier you become, the more energy you create. Once the universe acknowledges your power, it will produce more to keep you in that joyful state because your happiness will transfer to others around you.

8. Law of Rhythm

The law of rhythm implies the universe has a precise rhythm similar to a pendulum that dictates the flows of energy whereby it either moves in and out, up and down or left and right. Suggesting that all universal matter has a specific pattern or rhythm that it must follow for existence to emerge.  This law states that everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms. These rhythms establish seasons, cycles, stages of development and patterns. Each period reflects the regularity of the universe. Masters know how to stand above negative or challenging periods by never getting excited or allowing negative things to penetrate their consciousness. They focus solely on what they want, so their reality reflects just that. While standing on the beach, you can see the law of rhythm at work. Life is a series of ebb and flow. With regularity, the tide has gone out and back countless times for millions of years. However, once the tide flows out, you are guaranteed by the law of rhythm you will see it again hours later. Our mood and energy levels are the most prominent examples of our own personal law of rhythm. You can almost set your watch to how you feel at different times of the day or week. Friday vs Monday is a prime example.

9. Law of Relativity

The law of relativity says that each person will receive a series of challenges, a test of initiation for the purpose of strengthening the light within. We must consider each of these tests an opportunity and remain connected to our hearts when solving the problems.  This law also teaches us to compare our problems to others and put everything into its proper perspective no matter how bad we perceive our situation. There is always someone who is in a worse position. It is all relative. It is all perspective. A common characteristic of successful individuals is the ability to accept failure and learn from it. The universe will always test you during life to see how much you want the thing you desire. If you give up at the first sign of resistance, you will lose every time. Thomas Edison failed thousands of times trying to creating in the light bulb. Each time he failed, each defeat resulted in something new being discovered. Edison failed 999 times before finally inventing one of the universe’s great discoveries.

10. Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy

The Law Of Perpetual Transmutation Of Energy declares energy is constantly moving from one state of form into another. This energy works to become something physical rather than staying in the ethereal realm. When you have a thought, idea or emotional connection, this energy within your body moves into physical form. Out of the universal laws is a powerful one. It states that all individuals have within them the power to change the condition of their lives. Higher vibrations absorb and transform low ones. Therefore, each of us can change the energies by understanding the universal laws and applying the principles to effect change. Immediately you can switch your energies from negative to positive, and your conditions are never stuck. If you understand everything is energy, and energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Instead, it can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another. Suggesting that the energy inside is always there. If you want to make a change, you’re required to transfer the energy creating negativity and transform it into positive. For a deeper look in the law of Perpetual transmutation of energy, read this.

11. Law of Action

The law of action must be applied for us to be on earth. Therefore we must engage in actions that support our thoughts, dreams, emotions and words. Action is energy in motion, and once we begin moving, the energy accelerates.  Action is considered to be the toughest of all the laws to achieve. The numerous successful individuals all take action on the majority of their ideas. If you think about it, everything in the physical world starts with a thought or idea. Every person reading this, at some point in their lives, took action on a thought or idea that manifested into existence. It would be best if you took inspired action, which is taking action steps towards achieving your goal without attachment to the outcome.

Law of Inspired Action

The law of inspired action is one of the most critical laws when manifesting your desires. This law works with the law of attraction and the law of vibration. The law of attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we concentrate on. The law of vibration says that everything in the universe vibrates at its own characteristic frequency. The law of inspired action is when you take action steps towards achieving your goal without attachment to the outcome. This means that you are not attached to the results of your efforts, and you are willing to take risks. Every successful person has taken inspired action at some point in their life. When you take inspired action, you are sending a strong message to the universe that you are serious about achieving your goal. The universe will then start working in your favour and aligning all the circumstances and people that you need to help you achieve your goal.

12. Law of Gravity

The law of gravity is a physical law that states that every object in the universe is attracted to every other object. The laws of physics force attraction between two objects directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. The law of gravity is one of the most important laws in the universe. It is responsible for the stability of planets and stars, and it keeps galaxies from flying apart. The law of gravity also explains why objects fall to the ground when dropped. Similarly to the law of vibration and attraction, your gravity towards your desires manifests. The more you focus on it, the stronger the force becomes; eventually, it manifests into your physical reality.
