There are many ways to use subliminals but you might be surprised to discover the amazing benefits of listening to subliminals while you sleep. Incredible things happen to your mind when you sleep and listening to subliminals can 10x your subliminal results.

I explain everything you need to know about listening to subliminals during sleep and the unbelievable benefits.

Can You Listen to Subliminals While Sleeping

Typically, subliminal messages are designed to be listened to when you are sleeping because your conscious mind cannot block or reject the subliminal affirmations from entering and influencing your subconscious mind.

When we are awake, our conscious mind will reject or destroy any information that it doesn’t believe can happen. That’s why subliminal messages are effective because they bypass the conscious mind and enter directly into the subconscious at frequencies only the subconscious can hear.

When we listen to subliminal messages during sleep, the subconscious mind doesn’t switch off and can hear every word of your subliminal affirmation, making it work far better than any other period throughout the day. Therefore if you create a subliminal playlist that lasts around 90 minutes, you can be reprogramming your subconscious mind as you sleep.

I find it works best if you can listen to your subliminal recording using headphones, and to discover why check out this article. Yet, headphones make it personal to you, and, most importantly, it directs the subliminal words into your subconscious mind far better than speakers.

Take the opportunity to reprogram your subconscious throughout sleep, utilising your subliminal messages. You will notice that there will work far quicker than if you listen when your subconscious is busy with other tasks. Build a regular subliminal evening routine and create the perfect subliminal playlist that you can listen to every night, and you will receive rapid results.

How Long Should I Listen To Subliminals During Sleep?

For best results, you want to listen to your subliminal track for at least 90 minutes during sleep. You want to capture the first complete sleep cycle of the night, which will help reprogram your subconscious mind the fastest.

When a person sleeps, brain activity changes dramatically over the sleep period. A normal night’s sleep consists of 5 or 6 cycles that each last approximately 90 minutes. Each cycle consists of Non-REM and REM stages, but the stages in a particular cycle do not remain consistent from one cycle to another.

After around 15 minutes of being asleep, the subconscious mind is fully open and now controlling our whole body and mind. Therefore, when listening to your subliminal message, all the affirmations will be impressed directly into the subconscious mind.

This continues for the first complete cycle of the night. The longer you listen to your subliminal track, the more the subconscious mind believes the affirmations that are played.

To further enhance the likelihood of your subliminal tracks working, if you can continue listening to subliminals throughout the night, you could potentially capture all four or five sleep cycles, making them highly likely the subliminals will work.

How To Listen To Subliminal While Sleeping

Headphones – the most used way to listen to subliminals is via earphones, headphones or ear buds. These can make your subliminals private if your share a house with others and they are easy to use.

If you don’t like to sleep with something in your ear then I highly recommend a sleep headband that goes over your ears but not inside. They are comfortable especially for side sleeper like myself. I have linked the exact once I use, Amazon link.

Speakers – these are a great option because the sound quality is generally better than headphones or earbuds. They can be played in the background of your bedroom or room whilst you either sleep or complete other tasks. If your subliminal track has great background music, you can appreciate the music and benefit from the subliminal affirmations.

Mobile phone – if you want to listen to your subliminals while you sleep and headphones irritate your eye, or you don’t feel comfortable using them use your mobile phone. Most phones have great sound quality using their external speaker. You can place your mobile phone next to your bed and play your subliminal track. As you sleep, your subliminals will be reprogramming your subconscious mind.

Furthermore, you can place your phone in aeroplane mode if you don’t like to leave your mobile phone next to your bed because they emit frequencies. For this to work, you need your subliminal track to be downloaded so you can listen offline.

Therefore, if you use YouTube, you need to use an mp3 downloader to play it offline. Unfortunately, you can lose some of the quality of the subliminal track, but it will still work.

Laptop or TV – If you have a TV or computer in your bedroom and can listen to your subliminal track this way. Most smart TVs can connect to YouTube, and you can easily play your subliminal track using the TV. A great advantage of a TV is it’s further away from your head, and you can easily set a timer for the TV to automatically switch off after an hour or two.

What About YouTube Subliminals?

YouTube videos are a fantastic way of getting started with subliminal audio for free. You can find thousands of free subliminal programs that you can listen to. The disadvantage is you need to be connected to the internet, and unless you have YouTube premium they will still play ads during your subliminal audio.

I would recommend YouTube subliminals if you are new to subliminal messaging but I would make sure they aren’t fake subliminals (here’s my checklist to avoid fake YouTube Subliminals). But if you find the perfect subliminal on YouTube definitely use it.

What is The Subliminal Frequency For Sleep

Subliminal messages are a collection of statements or affirmations that are sometimes played at frequencies lower than the tone of hearing. The frequency a subliminal track must be at to work is 17500hz which is significant lower than our normal hearing frequency of 44500hz. Therefore, if the subliminal isn’t at this frequency it won’t work.

The theory is that the conscious mind can’t hear the messages playing. They are suggesting that the information by-passes the conscious mind and enters the subconscious mind freely. However, there is no scientific evidence to confirm that listening to subliminals below frequency work any better than the one you can physically hear

Suggesting, listen to affirmations played outloud at a frequency of 44500hz could be just as beneficial.

But there is strong evidence that proves subliminal messages do work, read this to discover why, exceptionally well at reprogramming your subconscious mind. Particularly if the subliminal is highly targeted towards breaking a habit, achieving a goal or transforming thoughts. Either way it will still make a dramatic impact on your mindset and goal achievement.

Want to create your own subliminal audio programs? Here’s a step-by-step guide with pictures to help you.

How To Take Advantage Of Subliminals at Night

The best way to see if listening to subliminal messaging in your sleep works for you is to put an audio file on your phone or MP3 player and plug your headphones in – and then try to fall asleep.

Listening to Subliminal messages with headphones is the best option. If you want to learn a new language, test yourself on the vocab in the morning, and compare this with learning when you’re awake.

For weight loss it can transform your might to lose weight, exercise effortlessly and eat healthy. Or it can help you manifest money and become rich and successful.

If you’re trying to change a negative belief about your life, you might just have to wait and see if it works; it will probably take a while, and you will have to be patient. But the most you listen to those subliminal messages each night, the more your subconscious mind begins to let go.

How long does it take for subliminal messages to work? It’s believed between 22 days up to 66 days and sometimes longer. Therefore, if you want to reprogram your mind, don’t expect it to happen after one night.

Play Your Sleep Subliminal Track At 2x Speed

The average person can speak at approximately 150 words a minute, but we can listen to 450 words in a minute. Therefore, if you play your subliminal messages at an average speaking speed, you could be missing an opportunity to get more words into the subconscious mind.

Slow speech has been known to make listeners more likely to retain information. But new research uncovers that the opposite is actually true: Listening at high speeds may improve comprehension and retention on some types of content like subliminals.

According to neuroscientists who used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) on eight healthy volunteers, the scans confirmed that when people listened at a rate of 3 syllables per second, they displayed more activity in several brain regions associated with integrating sounds into words than listening at normal speed.

Suggesting, our subconscious mind can handle more information at higher speeds than we realise. So, 2x your subliminal track and allow your subconscious mind to absorb more of your powerful affirmations than at a single speed. Find 15 others ways to speed up your subliminals working in this post.

Can I Use Subliminals To Learn While Sleeping?

Quite a few studies have started to find that we actually have the potential to learn certain things better when we are asleep. As an example, foreign languages often seem to be absorbed better by study participants who are allowed to sleep while listening to them.

This may be because the brain is relaxed, and our current preconceptions about language and how it works aren’t interfering with what we are taking in. It is also possible that because we are resting, we are better at retaining and memorising the information.

This could work with all kinds of things, such as learning music or brushing up on your maths. It’s also been suggested that subliminal messaging could help you break negative habits like smoking or help you take on more positive beliefs because it by-passes more conscious habits and negativity.

How many subliminal messages can you use at onceThere isn’t an exact number of how many you can use and for how long. But the best thing about subliminal messages is once you have made one transformation you can make another then another. In theory, the amount of changes you can make is limitless.

The only barriers to change are the ones we place on ourselves. Therefore, make listening to subliminal message part of your sleep routine and don’t allow anything to stop you from living and achieving the life you desire.
