My advice is to try and avoid putting all your energy and efforts into manifesting at the wrong time of your day. There’s a certain period within your day that manifestation can happen quicker. It’s how you utilise this period that will make all the difference to your future.

The best time to manifest is the period leading up to and throughout sleep. The reason, the conscious mind is relaxed, which means the subconscious mind is opened to the law of attraction. Therefore, utilising this time to embed positive change, increase your vibrational frequency and move in harmony with your desire, will result in manifestation. 

Why Are The Hours Before Sleep Important?

Before sleep, your brain releases valuable chemicals that enables you to repair and rebuild your mind and body. For this to happen, you must take care of your mindset before bed. Additionally, it’s the part of your day when your conscious mind begins to switch off, and your subconscious mind becomes more accessible. 

The information that is transmitted to your mind during this time impacts the results you experience. Many people waste this fantastic opportunity by spending these hours watching television, browsing the internet or scrolling through social media. It has a significant impact on their mindset because they are packing the subconscious mind with the wrong type of message.

Alternatively, you can apply this time to impress your subconscious with your desires, goals, aspersions and intentions. Overflow your mind with positives energy, provide it direct instruction for what you want to become in the future. These are all things that will begin your manifestation journal and bring your abundance in every aspect of your life.

4 Steps To Manifestation Success Before Sleep

These four things below are exactly what I influence my subconscious mind with before sleep. It only takes one hour, but you can extend or shorten the time frame as needed. It has significantly transformed my results, and it’s allowed me to manifest incredible things I could only imagine previously. 

1. Journaling

I have a simple note pad and pen whereby I write start to write down all my thoughts from the day. I structure my journaling into three sections. 

  1. Review of the day 
  2. Future ambition
  3. Intentions

Review of the day

I begin by reviewing my day, and I only focus my energy on the positives. When I remember something positive, I write it down and reflect on the feelings, emotions and benefits it brought to me. I’m instructing my subconscious mind to bring back the image in my mind. It influences my mind, and I begin to attract more of these feeling each day. 

Future ambition

I use the time to write down, in great detail, my exact future ambitions. The desire here is I’m directing my subconscious mind to manifest my destiny. My subconscious will explore opportunities, ideas and build thoughts to make it real. The strength of this exercise is in the details. Vague request equal vague results, so take the time and get very specific.

Intention

These are statements of the person that I want to become. I exercise the opportunity to reflect on my day and refocus my mind on the kind of person I want to develop into. Characteristics I believe are lacking or need additional strengthening. For example, I want to concentrate on happy and positive conversations and deliver value to others at all times. 

Journaling is a powerful practice that increases happiness, satisfaction and prosperity because you’re employing your hours before sleep thinking about positives and growth instead of worrying or stressing about past or future events.

2. Gratitude And Thanks

When you concentrate your mind on all the things your grateful for having it transforms your perspective of your current situation. There are numerous thing we can be thankful for having, and it doesn’t always need to be material items. Capturing thankfulness and gratitude before sleep dramatically increases your energy and transforms your vibrational frequency.

Method

In the same note pad you used to journal, record between 10 and 15 things you’re grateful for owning. These can be relationships, friendships, material, nature, weather etc. Anything you find happiness in and you’re thankful for, capture it. Don’t bypass the emotions that appear because these happy and loving feelings are essential for future progress towards manifestation.    

Promptly, end your gratitude practice with five things you’re grateful for receiving in the future. It sets out the path for the subconscious mind to follow. Always write like the item already exists, for example, I am so happy and grateful I have $10,000 in my bank account that has transformed the life for my family and me. It’s considerably more effective for your subconscious mind to believe it already exists. 

3. Plan Your Day Of Success

The most productive tool for manifestation to occur is taking decisive action. Therefore, I never end my plan without planning my coming day. There are two main reasons for this. First, your subconscious mind doesn’t sleep so when your consciously sleeping the subconscious is working on all the ways to manifest your desires. Ideas, thoughts and plans are formed in your mind. You’re allowing your mind to manage this process for eight hours as you sleep.

Secondly, the vast majority of us are massive procrastinators and don’t have a plan for the day. However, you wake up in the morning, and you already have your day planned out. Tasks, goals and objectives are identified the night before and worked on by your subconscious mind as you sleep. If you take action on all your prepared plans, your productivity will skyrocket. Taking action is the only way towards manifesting all your desires. Without action, your manifestation is merely a wish that never comes true.  

4. Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmation or self-hypothesis is the activity that will get your mindset directed on success. Studies show we have around 90,000 thoughts every day, and 95% of them are repeated. Therefore, your result won’t change until your thinking does. An excellent method to transform your thinking is to use affirmations or hypothesis while you sleep. 

Find affirmations that are in harmony with your goals or mood and listen to them throughout the night. Your subconscious mind is absorbing all these positive statements and is starting to modify your thinking from limiting to developing. If you share a bed with a partner, you can listen with soft earphones, so you don’t disturb them. 

For example, if your money mindset is poor, whereby you negatively think about money, listen to positive money or abundant affirmations. These statements will change your belief about money, and your subconscious mind starts to accept you have the ability to earn more. Each night you listen, it begins to improve your mindset, and over a period of 30 days, the transformation can be unthinkable.

I have had the best result from manifestation when I install these habits into my evening routine. Your desires must be impressed on to your subconscious mind multiple time every day.
