Similarly, if you have too many affirmations about different goals, changes and desires, it also confuses the subconscious. If you have 5 affirmations about weight loss, 5 around money and 10 on manifesting a relationship, it’s difficult to raise your vibrational energy in all those areas.

Once your subconscious thinks and believes you can attract your desire, the subconscious creates ideas and attracts opportunities to make the money a reality.

If you’re finding it difficult to remember to say your affirmations every day, you can do a few things to make it easier:

- Set a reminder on your phone or in your calendar.
