14. Get Enough Sleep

Sleep is essential for our bodies to function properly. When we sleep, our bodies are able to repair and grow. Growth hormone is responsible for cell growth and regeneration, and it is released during deep sleep.

Aim to get 6-9 hours of sleep every night. If you have trouble sleeping, try;

  • Cutting down on caffeine
  • Avoiding screen time before bed
