For example, if you want to get rid of wrinkles, then your affirmation should be something along the lines of “I am thankful for my wrinkle-free skin.” This is powerful because you are specifically targeting the issue that you want to improve.
If you try and use multiple affirmations at the same time and you pick different areas of your appearance to change at the same time it will only make it harder for your affirmations to work. For instance, you want to change your nose shape but you also have affirmations about eye colour and skin tone. This will confuse your unconscious mind resulting in nothing happening.
