If you’ve just begun taking your journey into the realm of subliminal messaging, then you’ve probably found yourself with a wealth of exciting content that you are eager to try out.

If you’re spoilt for choice as to which subliminal programs you want to start with and are contemplating using multiple subliminals at once, but you might want to know how many subliminals can i listen to in a day before it gets too much for your unconscious mind?

How Many Subliminal Can I Listen to in a Day?

For best results, it’s recommended to listen to between 3-5 subliminal programs in a day using one subliminal audio at once. Each subliminal program should have around 12-15 positive affirmations. Ideally, you want to listen to each subliminal for 30 minutes before changing the subliminal program.

You can listen to more than one subliminal at once, but there are some factors to consider. How, where, and when you listen to them are all critical when calculating how many you can listen to daily. If you want your subliminals to work, it’s essential your subconscious mind can focus on one goal or transformation at once instead of multiple.

Avoid listening to more than 3 different subliminal playlists consecutively or for longer than 90 minutes without a break. If you can’t find time to listen during the day and then listen to subliminals throughout the night, suddenly, the answer will be a lot different for you than for someone who can only afford to listen for short periods.

For your subliminal messages to work and have a permanent influence on your subconscious mind, then don’t attempt to make all your changes at once. Find out why here. You will overwhelm your subconscious mind with several subliminals if you play them all together or multiple conservatively.

How Many Subliminal Boosters in One Day?

Subliminal boosters are slightly different from your regular subliminal programs because they are designed to boost the likelihood of that subliminal working. Therefore, you can use a subliminal booster before your main subliminal track. A subliminal booster is designed to motivate, inspire, excite and improve your subliminal from working.

It should last 5 minutes and it’s ideally played at the beginning of your subliminal program. You could also listen to your subliminal booster at the end of your subliminal recording but its not essential.

Beware of Binaural Beats in Your Subliminal Audio

If your subliminal audio contains binaural beats then make sure you are not listening to lots of subliminal recordings on the same day. Binaural beats are incredible for helping slow down the brain waves and getting into a relaxed state very quickly. But listening to multiple subliminal programs with binaural beats can impact your mind.

You could end up feeling very spaced out, anxious, confused or have a hard time focusing if you listen to too many subliminals with binaural beats. So if your subliminal audio has binaural beats in it then only listen to 1 program that contains binaural beats in a day, ideally before sleep.

Best Results For Multiple Subliminals in a Day

To get the best results, I recommend only listening to 1 subliminal track per day that contains binaural beats in it. If you want to listen to more than one subliminal track in a day, make sure they don’t contain binaural beats.

Listening to multiple subliminal recordings in a day should be fine as long as you space them out and take breaks in between each recording. Also, make sure each subliminal program is focused on one particular goal or change so that your subconscious mind can focus on that change.

And lastly, avoid listening to more than 3 different subliminal recordings consecutively or for longer than 90 minutes without a break. This will help ensure you don’t overwhelm your subconscious mind.

How Multiple Subliminals Work

For the subliminals to work, the subconscious must understand and accept the transformation you desire. Subliminal messages work effectively by listening to one category during each session. To reprogram your subconscious mind, repetition is the perfect method.

Therefore, listening to the same subliminal affirmations for hours on repeat will benefit your mindset far more than listening to multiple subliminal bundles on numerous topics. Imagine the subconscious mind like stone or rock. Your subliminal is the hammer that chips away the solid rock, and the more it hits that same spot, the more likely it will shatter.

However, if you use the same hammer but barely hit that area once and then move to a different spot, it might never break the stone. Suggesting the unconscious prefers the same subliminal affirmations repeated than multiple subliminals playing together.

How To Use Multiple Subliminals Bundles in the Same Day

Dividing your subliminals into categories (bundles) helps if you want to use more than one subliminal program during one listening session. This way you’re not confusing your mind with different goals, desires and transformations at once.

For example, recognise the goal or habit you want to develop and only select subliminal audio that is related to that objective/manifestation. If more money is the goal, then only listen to subliminal that contain money, wealth, abundance and financial increase for that day.

These topics are all associated with the primary purpose, money, but are diverse enough to get a subconscious response. Avoid switching between unrelated subliminal audios in one day because this will confuse the subconscious mind, and change will be difficult.

For instance, we all have multiple goals and desires but trying to reprogram your subconscious mind at once doesn’t work. Suppose you want more money, weight loss, hair growth and a relationship, then listening to all these subliminal messages in one session won’t work. Nothing will stick in the subconscious mind.

Best Time To Listen To Multiple Subliminals Each Day

If you choose to go down the path of using multiple subliminal audios in one day, then the best time to do this is before and during sleep. However, you can divide your subliminal session throughout the day but I would recommend having at least 2 hours of rest between listening periods.

The reason, whilst your conscious mind is sleeping, your unconscious mind is opened and listening to your subliminal affirmations. The conscious mind can’t block or stop those subliminals from entering your mind making them more likely to work.

The subconscious mind could absorb more than 80% of those positive affirmations when you are sleeping. If you utilise subliminal audio throughout the day, your conscious mind is highly active and alert. The subliminal affirmations will be challenged and questioned by your conscious mind.

If your conscious doesn’t agree with those affirmations, it will reject them. The subconscious mind might only be exposed to less than 10% of your subliminal program when your conscious mind is awake—suggesting it’s the worse time to reprogram your mind using subliminals.

Furthermore, if you used multiple subliminal programs when your conscious mind is alert, it could be a waste of time trying to get the subliminals imprinted on your mind. However, if your subliminals are tailored towards your goals and your conscious mind is in agreement, your likelihood of success is higher. But it’s crucial your consciousness isn’t occupied by other tasks, or nothing will enter the mind.

How Many Subliminals Is Too Many In a Day

Before we begin listening to our subliminals, it’s good to examine whether or not there’s any such thing as “too many subliminals.” After all, you don’t want to overload your circuits with too much subconscious information and end up getting no benefit whatsoever. I would suggest that more than 5 subliminal recordings per day are too many if you’re serious about change.

The subconscious is more than capable of downloading and storing trillions of bits of information, but it switches off if you overwhelm the system. Examples of an overload would be listening to more than one subliminal simultaneously. The transparency, timing, and overall effect of the subliminal affirmations could be lost by there being an inconsistent mixture of sounds, background music and affirmations.

If you’re just trying to squeeze as much information or learning into a single subliminal session as you can, then that all comes down to the previous sessions and time available.

To prevent overloading your subconscious mind when listing to your subliminal audio, try and avoid having more than 15 positive affirmations in each subliminal recording.

However, for the most beneficial subconscious effects, consider repeating these 12  affirmation multiple times in the same subliminal program. And if to implant the subliminal into the mind, listen for at least 90 minutes. There are 15 easy methods you can use to make your Subliminals work faster, view them here.

How Many Subliminals Bundles Can You Listen to in One Day

A subliminal bundle is a succession of different subliminal programs played one after the other. The ideal number of subliminal recordings within a bundle would be 4 because the subconscious mind has received a lot of information in a short period.

You want to provide your unconscious with time to think and transform your mind after your subliminals. Constantly feeding it information will prevent this from happening. To encourage your subconscious to create the change, have your bundle related to each other. Avoid trying to overload your subconscious with too many changes at the same time.

To benefit from your subliminal playlist, have your first subliminal recording play for 90 minutes, the second for 45 minutes, and the third 30 minutes. Then leave your subconscious mind to do the work and make the changes your carve.

Alternatively, you can listen for 30 minutes in the morning, have a 2/3 hour break and continue with a second session in the afternoon. Your main session should be before sleep and this can be the longest of the day.

How Many Times Should You Listen To Subliminals in a Week

How many sessions you have per week for each subliminal and how often you spread them out need to be analysed. There’s a general rule of thumb to hold to when listening to subliminals, and that’s that you should be doing two or three sessions per week to make the subliminal stick.

Spacing them out will help too, you’ll want to have regular exposure to the subliminal with small intervals to cement their message in your subconscious permanently. Time is your currency in this regard, and the more of it you have, the more sessions you will be able to fit in.

Then you could be listening to as many subliminals per week as you wish! It’s probably still best to give yourself a little bit of a break between subliminals.

Nothing terrible will happen to you if you excessively engage in them, nor are subliminals dangerous, but subliminals are a tool that requires a little bit of finesse to use. Immersing yourself in as many subliminals as you can in an attempt to maximise messages of reinforcement or learning will only delay your growth.

Rather than asking yourself the question of how many subliminals can I listen to at once, try to focus on how many you feel comfortable with. Subliminals work best when you are relaxed, and maintaining that state will be more beneficial to you than adding more subliminals to your cycles in one session.

How Many Subliminals Can I Listen to in a Day Summary

The ideal number of subliminal recordings in a day would be 4 because the subconscious mind has received a lot of information in a short period. To encourage your subconscious to create the change, have your bundle related to each other. Avoid trying to overload your subconscious with too many changes at the same time.

To benefit from your subliminal playlist, have your first subliminal recording play for 90 minutes, the second for 45 minutes, and the third for 30 minutes.

Then leave your subconscious mind to do the work and make the changes you crave. Spacing them out will help too, you’ll want to have regular exposure to the subliminal with small intervals to cement their positive affirmations in your unconscious permanently.
