Do Eye Colour Subliminals Work?

Some of the biggest claims online, especially on YouTube, is that people have changed their eye colour using the power of subliminal messaging in less than a few weeks without the need for surgery or medical treatment. But are subliminals that powerful they can alter the colour of your eyes?

Research and studies reveal that subliminal messages have little to no effect on changing your eye colour. Typically, a person’s eye colour becomes permanent about three years after birth. Once the eye colour has been set, the colour can not be changed with subliminal messages.

Furthermore, 98% of us will have the same eye colour as our parents or at least one of our parents. Therefore if both your parents have brown eyes and you have brown eyes, then no amount of subliminal messaging will reverse this.

But this doesn’t imply all subliminals don’t work. In fact, subliminals are incredible for many different reasons, and to find out why read this article.

In fact, subliminal messages cannot change any eye colour because they do not affect or impact your genetic structure. Some people have claimed that they have been able to change their eye colour with subliminals. But I believe they are fake subliminal results attempting to get your view or like.

Even though we can watch hundreds of videos or view photos of seemingly remarkable eye colour transformations, are they real? It’s easy to trick someone into believing that they have changed their eye colour using subliminals, particularly if they are trying to sell you a subliminal track or get views on YouTube.

They typically use various shades of contact lenses, revealing a shift from one eye colour to another over a month or less. However, for any change to occur using subliminals, it would take months, if not years, to lighten your eye colour. To avoid fake YouTube subliminals, read this article which shows what I look out for before listening to a subliminal message.

How Your Eye Colour Is Determined

Eye colour is a polygenic characteristic determined by the amount of melanin in the eye. A certain gene controls whether this melanin is expressed or not, resulting in either blue, brown or green eyes.

Melanin is a pigment that makes its appearance inside cells called melanocytes. When more melanocytes are active, they produce more melanin. This is why people with tanned skin have darker complexions than those who are very light-skinned.

Melanocytes become active for some reason, usually triggered by hormonal activity or extreme exposure to the sun. If you want to change your eye colour using subliminals, it can be very difficult to change your eye colour from brown to blue, for example.

If eye colour subliminal results were true, it would work by controlling your autonomic and subconscious nervous system to change which processes energy goes towards. However, there is no scientific evidence that proves it is possible to make such changes with subliminal messaging, especially in the short term.

Furthermore, no one has ever confirmed or proven their “amazing” eye colour transformation results by showing a genuine medical scan or statement verifying they changed their eye colour using subliminal messaging, which could be sufficient evidence to show they don’t actually work.

Do Eye Lightening Subliminals Work

In general, subliminals could lighten your eye colour if you provide your subconscious enough time to make the change and listen to the correct subliminal messages every night.

However, this could take years of repeated listening for the physical shift to occur. Subliminal messages require time to complete a physical change because it affects your genetic and DNA structures. Nonetheless, the research and evidence are currently nonexistent, so any proof this really works is still hearsay. To learn more about physical subliminals and their results, check out this post.

But let’s not ignore, naturally our eye colour lightens and darkens according to the amount of sunlight we are exposed to. So, even without listening to subliminal messages, you can lighten your eye colour. But this change is only temporary, and our eyes inherently revert to their normal shade very quickly.

You must be realistic with the results you are going to receive. Eye lightening subliminal may only slightly lighten your eyes, but they will never completely change your eyes from brown to blue. If you really desire to change your eye colour, you can use contact lenses to create the change.

Conclusion

If you’re looking for a quick and easy fix to changing your eye colour, I recommend avoiding any subliminal results or transformation videos or images on social media. There is little evidence that shows actual results from this strategy, and it may be challenging to demonstrate the effectiveness of such an approach.

However, don’t give up on transforming your life with the power of subliminal messaging and affirmations because they can significantly improve your mindset and even provide you with some fantastic results. To discover my complete list of subliminal tracks and music, check out my shop for more details.
