1. Write Your Manifestation On Paper Before Sleep

The beginning point in every manifesting method is identifying precisely what you desire the universe to create, grow and deliver.

It’s necessary to get the ideas, thoughts and goals out of your mind and onto paper.

Once you have written your manifestation goals, it is simpler to recognise what’s valuable to you.

Furthermore, you have taken the time to write your manifestation, proving to your subconscious mind that your desired goal is something special and worthwhile.

To manifest quicker, write a list of all your desired goals before you go to sleep at night. When you wake up, review the list and create tasks to complete that day, moving you closer to achieving your manifestation.

For instance, if you desired to lose 12lbs of body fat, then your task for that day could be to exercise for 60 minutes on your lunch break.

For manifestation to occur, it critical you take action on your written goals every day, or manifestation will remain a thought, idea, or wish inside your mind, never to be developed into existence.

2. Play Subliminal Messages Throughout Sleep

One of the most straightforward and beneficial techniques to reprogram your subconscious mind towards your manifestation is to listen to subliminal messages throughout sleep.

The words and statement on these subliminal tracks imprint onto your subconscious mind and causes limiting beliefs to disappear.

Imagine hearing 8 hours of positive subliminal messages every night that is concentrated on your primary goal.

For best results, select only one type of subliminal message in harmony with your most valuable goal.

Use a playlist that lasts for a minimum of 90 minutes up to 8 hours.

For Visualisation to work, imagine you have already achieved your goals and what exciting emotions you would feel.

To manifest quicker, utilise Visualisation before sleep and first thing in the morning for 5-10 minutes.

4. Use Meditation To Focus Your Mind on Your Manifestation

For your manifestation to appear quickly, you required to relax and control your mind.

Studies reveal the most reliable technique to achieve this is by using meditation.

Our brains vibrate at various frequencies depending on the activities we are performing.

These brain states are:

  • Gemma
  • Beta
  • Alpha
  • Theta
  • Delta

For manifestation to occur, our minds must be in a theta brain state. It’s here when your conscious mind is switched off and the subconscious mind stimulated.

It can take an experienced mediator 5 – 10 minute to reach this state of relaxation and peacefulness. A novice mediator might need to double that amount of time to arrive at the theta level.

6. Create A Vision Board With Your Desires

A vision board is excellent for promoting your goals because you can view it multiple times daily.

Each time you notice your vision board, you impress the images onto your subconscious mind.

The more the images are imprinted into your mind, your focus is drawn towards producing those images in reality.

The reason, your subconscious mind only works in image format and not in words. Suggesting, the association from your mind to your desire is more powerful with images.

To further enhance your possibility of success with a vision board, design a digital vision board.

Then install the digital vision board on all your digital devises: mobile phones, laptop, tables, PCs and TV screens.

The more you can observe those desires in image format, the quicker the manifestation process occurs. Vision boards have been popular for numerous manifester for years because they work so well.

And once your desire is manifested, don’t delete it from your boards because it will award you the motivation and energy to manifest everything else. 

7. Practise Scripting To Detail Your Manifestations

Practising scripting before sleep and first thing in the morning enables your mind to dump negative and limiting beliefs and focus on positivity.

When your mind is full of worry and stresses, writing it down before bed is the best technique to eliminate it.

You are releasing those worries, and it clears your mind. Scripting allows you to get the things that obstruct your thinking and prepares your mind for the manifesting process.

Scripting first thing in the morning is an excellent approach to establish your intentions for the day and create a schedule for what to accomplish.

Furthermore, scripting is a system to capture your thoughts and feelings at different points along your journey. One of the most exciting and beneficial things with scripting is that you can reflect and examine all your past thoughts.

Some day’s you will be extremely positive, and ideas will flow. Other days your mood will be low, and it will seem a struggle.

Make sure you capture every aspect because it assists with motivation and learning in the future. Scripting is an informal alternative to talking to yourself without looking or feeling ridiculous, and the advantages are incredible.

There’s no exact way to approach scripting, merely get out your journal and start writing until you feel satisfied with what you have taken off your mind and your intentions are apparent.

8. Create An Evening Routine 90 Minutes Before Bed

The evening is the most critical period in your day to get your mindset right and your manifestation creating.

The vast majority of people waste their evenings indulging in processed food, TV, social media and other mind rotting tools.

Alternatively, you want to introduce an evening routine that encourages and promotes positive transformation. The mind is most open to reprogramming and influencing at night.

  • I begin my evening routine approximately 90 minutes before I go to sleep.
  • I switch off all electrical devices and mobile phones.
  • Studies report the blue light emitted from those devices hinder the release of chemicals essential for rejuvenation and deep sleep.
  • I replaced my bedroom light blubs with low emitting red lights to mimic a low light fire and turn off wifi.
  • I read, meditate, visualise, script and set my mind and intentions for the next day.

It’s imperative to finish the day with a free mind that is concentrated on your primary manifestation goals. 

9. Express Gratitude And Thanks To Everything

Gratitude needs to be part of your daily life, and displaying appreciation forever aspect is fundamental in the law of attraction.

Be grateful to yourself and others, and most importantly, be thankful for what you already possess. We are truly blessed to live in a world with all these fantastic opportunities.

When you’re open to gratitude, you attract more greatness into your life. The universe will reward those people that bestow thanks and gratitude for their blessing.

Capture your gratefulness onto a gratitude journal or make it a section of your scripting routine.

If you don’t feel like you are grateful for anything, you need to make some drastic changes to your life to begin the gratitude journey. Review the day from the moment you woke up and ask yourself,

“what you grateful for”.

Record each item and imagine that exact moment. You are installing your mind and spirit for a tremendous nights sleep, and the universe is always listening.
